Ute Remdisch is a growth-focused business leader who brings equal parts pragmatism and vision to everything she does. With decades of experience guiding global industrial companies through transformation, Ute is known for her ability to turn complex challenges into clear strategies—and ambitious goals into measurable outcomes

Her journey spans senior leadership and board-level roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including as Managing Director of SEW Eurodrive and Rittal South Africa, and as Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa at Rittal—where she led expansive growth initiatives both on the ground and from the company’s global headquarters in Germany

But in 2018, Ute chose to build something different. Together with her co-founder, she launched Crux Worldwide GmbH, a strategic consultancy designed to help more than one business at a time grow—intelligently, sustainably, and with clarity. Crux was born from a simple but powerful insight: that many B2B companies were missing a leadership partner who could bridge operational understanding with strategic foresight

Since then, Ute has worked with clients across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, India, and the Americas—designing and executing multi-region growth strategies, building distribution networks, shaping go-to-market plans, and refining marketing and content strategy to improve lead conversion and long-term brand performance

From opening up 21 African markets and launching regional headquarters for global firms, to overseeing major infrastructure rollouts and repositioning brands in complex environments, Ute brings a steady hand, deep expertise, and a sharp commercial lens to every engagement. At Auriemma Consulting Group in the UK, she turned around a struggling US firm by reengineering operations, rebuilding client trust, and leading strategic roundtables between industry competitors navigating shared problems

In 2018, Carina co-founded Crux Worldwide, a boutique strategy firm built to help B2B organizations grow beyond borders—not just geographically, but in mindset, capability, and maturity. Together with her co-founder, she works with clients across industries to reposition brands, scale leadership, align commercial functions, and enter new markets with clarity and confidence
